The annual meeting of Kimusubi Dojos has taken place from 23rd till 26th of March in Cologne.
After the years of the pandemic, it was possible to get together again and share some time in practice, some drinks and laughters, some stories of the past three years and more…
Members and students from all over Europe, so as Spain, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, and Germany took apart.
We have all learned to know many different approaches to the after all pretty much same experience: soft Aikido.
Did you know how Sir Newton, Johann Sebastian Bach and Miyamoto Musashi have influenced Aikido?
Or, in other words, have you ever heard the truth about how the Roman empire and the first respectively second or third wave of Japanese Aikido teachers sent to Europe has helped to establish our federation, the Kimusubi Dojos?
No?
Well, then come back next year.
Join our training and the “non-talent-show” on Saturday evening.
If I would have to characterize my experience of the weekend or how I recognized how the people maybe did, there comes only one word to my mind:
Joy!
Thank you all.
